Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities: Conducts pre-donation medical screening; interacts responsively with customer needs; assesses donor suitability and assists in setup; provides feedback to ineligible donor candidates; ensures all donor screening information is complete and donor confidentiality is maintained. The role involves working in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and laboratory equipment, requiring attention to safety, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to PPE protocols. The technician must be patient, adaptable to a dynamic environment, and able to manage multiple tasks while contributing to a high-quality donor experience.
