Job Summary
Collect lifesaving blood donations at fixed site locations by personally connecting with volunteer donors, listening to their stories, and ensuring they feel comfortable returning. Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming environment while following all safety procedures to meet regulatory requirements for transfusion. Maintain detailed orientation throughout the shift to ensure collected blood meets safety goals. Requires associates degree or equivalent experience, one year of customer service, valid driver's license, and ability to lift heavy weights. Schedule includes variable 4x10-hour shifts, some weekends, and holidays. Paid training provided with starting rate of $20.66/hour.
Required Qualifications

- Phlebotomy experience preferred

- Starting rate $20.66/hour
- Pay may increase depending on experience
- Associates degree OR a combination of education and work experience is required
- Minimum of one year customer service experience in public setting is required
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record is required
- the ability to lift, push or pull heavy weights up and down ramps and stairs
- good manual dexterity
- the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- adapt to long, irregular hours and frequent schedule changes
- Basic computer skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft office applications

- Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.)
