Job Summary
As a Donor Care Technician I (Phlebotomist) at Vitalant, you will greet donors, perform blood draws (training provided), and help set up blood drives within a 200-mile range to create comfortable, convenient donation experiences. The role includes 12 weeks of comprehensive training at Greentree, with classroom and hands-on components, travel to mobile sites, and potential field experiences in phlebotomy, medical interview, Alyx, and Trima. You’ll work as part of the donor care team to support Vitalant’s mission across communities, with opportunities for travel to fixed and mobile site locations upon completion of training. Location: Cheyenne, WY. High school diploma or GED required, valid driver’s license, ability to travel, and ability to lift 40 pounds are required. Background in phlebotomy/training provided and meal/benefits offered as part of a comprehensive rewards package.
