Job Summary
Greet donors at Attended Donation Centers with a cheerful disposition, perform the GRATIS procedure (Greet, Receipt, Assist, Thank, Invite), and sort donations into hardlines or softlines using carts. Collect items, maintain accurate records, and issue completed donation receipts to all donors. Assist with loading and unloading equipment, manage production supplies, and ensure aisles and fire exits remain clear. Perform necessary janitorial work, maintain good housekeeping standards, and report any work incidents immediately. This role supports the Donated Goods Program's mission to connect people and improve lives through the power of work.
Required Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift, up to, 40 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally lift/move items, up to, 100 lbs
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be punctual
- Must have dependable attendance
- Must maintain an appropriate appearance
- Must safely conduct work
- Must maintain good housekeeping standards
- Must keep all aisles and pathways to fire exits clear and free from clutter
- Must keep work areas neat and clean
- Must be able to stand, twist, bend, squat, reach, kneel, push, and pull
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Desired Qualifications

- Retail sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
