Donor Acquisition Specialist- Dairy Ashford

Donor Acquisition Specialist at Goodwill Houston’s Donated Goods Program. Responsibilities include providing excellent donor service at an Attended Donation Center, executing GRATIS steps (GREET, RECEIPT, ASSIST, THANK, INVITE), sorting donations into hardlines and softlines, maintaining accurate donation records and receipts, and collaborating with the Transportation Department and leadership. Requires strong customer-service skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, adherence to policies and safety regulations, punctuality, and dependable attendance. Physical duties include loading/unloading donations and standing for extended periods in an indoor environment with some exposure to outside temperatures. Minimum qualification emphasizes high school diploma or equivalent and reliable transportation; prior customer service and retail experience are preferred.
