Job Summary
Receive donated goods and sort them to meet daily production standards and goals. Deliver sorted items to merchandise pricing staff while providing excellent customer service to donors and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Adhere to store policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers. Train new employees and cross-train in other areas as needed. Work a full-time schedule of 35-40 hours per week with open availability including days, nights, and weekends.

- Willingness and ability to be cross-trained, and to train in new employees
Desired Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
