Job Summary
Receive donated goods and provide excellent customer service to donors while sorting items and delivering them to merchandise pricing staff to meet daily production standards. Follow store policies and procedures to maintain a safe, welcoming environment for employees and customers. Create a high level of customer service throughout the store to ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Provide a work environment to train and develop participants in achieving their goals. This part-time role offers up to 20 hours per week with no overnight or late closing shifts. Goodwill-Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work-life balance and supports nearly 20 programs for job seekers.
