Job Summary
Receive and sort donated merchandise, maintain organization across the donations floor, warehouse, and backstock areas, and meet daily and weekly processing goals. Support store opening and closing procedures while providing excellent customer service to donors and customers. Assist with customer experience tasks as needed and uphold quality product and pricing standards. This part-time, non-exempt role requires weekend and holiday hours with flexible scheduling to support store events like "All-Skates." Forklift certification is available for in-house training.
Required Qualifications
- Weekend and holiday hours are a must
- Must be able to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, lift, grasp, reach, push and pull materials
- Must be able to navigate uneven surfaces, ladders and stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to be forklift certified (in–house certification available)
Desired Qualifications
- One to two years of relevant work experience or volunteer hours, including retail or warehouse experience preferred
- High school diploma preferred
