Job Summary
Greet donors professionally, sort incoming donations by department, and identify quality goods versus unsellable items. Maintain a clean, organized donation area while tracking product movement on an electronic tablet. Assist with production tasks including disinfection, pricing furniture, and clothing sorting. Use manual pallet jacks, dollies, and hand trucks to move merchandise safely. Participate in daily huddles, shift handoffs, and communicate donation volume and issues to the supervisor. Work in a fast-paced environment with scheduling flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 16 years of age
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Able to adhere to consistent attendance and weekly working hours expectations
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work extended periods of time wearing mask or respirator and other PPE
- Scheduling flexibility and evenings and weekend availability
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
