Job Summary
The Donations Associate is responsible for providing great customer service, sorting incoming donations, and tracking donated goods. Key tasks include greeting donors, organizing and managing donation flow, and maintaining a clean donation area. Associates must learn to operate manual machinery and practice safety standards. Successful candidates should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with scheduling flexibility and proficiency in English.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum age 16 years of age required for Level 1
- Minimum age 18 years of age required for Levels 2 & 3
- Scheduling flexibility including evenings and weekends
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Adherence to attendance and working hours expectations
