Job Summary

Accept all donations from customers within 30 seconds of arrival, providing a positive experience with eye contact, PPE, and receipts. Sort donations into correct categories, label outgoing gaylords, and maintain the production room organization. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely while conducting daily equipment inspections. Assist customers with loading furniture, obtain signatures on waivers, and handle sale tickets for large items. Ensure work areas remain clean and hazard-free by reporting injuries and addressing unsafe conditions immediately. Maintain a neat appearance, wear the company uniform, and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours.

  • Must be able to pass a training certification class if needed for double stacker
  • Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate pump jack and/or double stacker
  • Must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance at all times
  • Must wear company issued uniform
  • Regular attendance is required
