Job Summary
Accept all donations from customers within 30 seconds of arrival, greet every donor with eye contact, and provide a receipt at the start of each transaction. Sort donations into correct categories, maintain the production room organization, and assist customers with loading furniture or obtaining signatures on waivers. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely while conducting daily equipment inspections and reporting any injuries or hazards immediately. Provide positive customer service by following safety procedures, wearing required PPE, and treating every donation with respect. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours to support the store's donation and sales operations.

- Ability to pass a training certification class if needed for double stacker
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate pump jack and/or double stacker
