Job Summary
Accept all donations from customers within 30 seconds of arrival, greet every donor with eye contact, and provide receipts while maintaining a clean, organized donation area. Operate sit-down and standing forklifts safely, conduct daily equipment inspections, and load or unload merchandise onto trucks and trailers. Assist customers with loading furniture, present waiver signatures for purchases, and sort donations into correct categories. Maintain placement of all merchandise in the production room and ensure work areas remain hazard-free. Receive cross-training as Barcoder and Processor Trainee to promote individual growth. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and long hours while adhering to Goodwill policies and safety procedures.

- Must be able to pass a training certification class if needed for double stacker
- Demonstrate knowledge and ability to operate pump jack and/or double stacker
- Must maintain a clean and neat personal appearance at all times
- Must wear company issued uniform
- Regular attendance is required
