Job Summary
Provide friendly, fast, accurate, and safe customer service as the main point of contact for donors. Accept, receive, and sort donations from the public while following established guidelines. Assist with material handling by moving full and empty containers using pallet jacks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety for co-workers and donors. May be required to work as a processor at times. This role is part of Goodwill's donation team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to move quickly
- Background screening completion

- Prior customer service experience
