Job Summary
Donation Specialist responsible for inspecting, accepting, tracking and sorting donations; provide outstanding customer experience; operate power equipment; categorize merchandise; load/unload materials; process donations throughout the day; requires math and literacy skills; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required; benefits include medical/vision/dental, PTO, disability, 403(b) with employer match, employee discount at Goodwill stores, and life navigation/telehealth services.
