Job Summary
Donation Material Handler supports a mission-driven Goodwill store by greeting donors, unloading donations, sorting and pricing merchandise per safety/quality guidelines, moving items to the sales floor, loading/unloading donation trailers, and performing custodial tasks. The role involves indoor and outdoor work with exposure to the elements and requires physical tasks including heavy lifting (up to 100+ pounds) and standing/walking for extended periods. Training is provided; no prior experience required. Part-time schedule with benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement) and opportunities for raises and bonuses. Knowledge of safety, theft prevention, and teamwork is beneficial.
