Job Summary
Greet donors, assist with unloading donations, and provide receipts. Sort, inspect, and price merchandise following safety and quality guidelines. Move items to the sales floor and keep work areas clean and organized. Load/unload donation trailers and handle custodial tasks throughout your shift. Track donation counts accurately and help maintain store cleanliness, including cart retrieval. Report any safety, theft, or security concerns to management. Support the team with additional duties as needed. You’ll be working indoors and outdoors with exposure to the elements.
Required Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided
- Able to follow safety procedures and handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, moving merchandise)
- Heavy lifting up to 100+ pounds
- Able to work in a team-focused environment
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors; exposure to elements
