Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional customer service at the donation center, greet donors, issue receipts, sort donated items, and assist with loading donations for transport. Responsibilities include opening/closing the donation center, handling donations according to policies, and maintaining safety and cleanliness. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance; work is performed indoors and outdoors with exposure to weather, dust, noise, and chemicals.
