Job Summary
Donation Door Attendant greets donors, receives and records donations, and sorts items in accordance with guidelines; assists with processing, cleaning, and preparing merchandise to support efficient store operations; maintains clean, organized, and safe donation areas; provides frontline customer service and teamwork to support Goodwill’s retail operations; physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds solo and up to 100 pounds with a team; standing for long periods and tolerance for temperature fluctuations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred
