Job Summary
Donation Center Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily donation center operations, leading a team, ensuring donor and customer satisfaction, receiving and organizing donated items, maintaining donation logs and receipts, training and supporting staff, enforcing safety and procedures, and collaborating with transportation and store teams to support productivity and goals. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience and a high school diploma or GED; on-site role in Powell, OH with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Required Qualifications
