Job Summary
Collect donations from donors in a courteous and professional manner, recording information on company-issued equipment. Organize donations within the designated trailer and assist drivers during the loading process for scheduled pickups. Maintain a clean and professional appearance while working in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and precipitation. Lift up to 70 pounds and carry items for short distances, requiring physical stamina to stand, walk, climb, and bend for extended periods. Provide friendly service to donors and the public, contributing to a positive work environment through cooperative interactions. Perform any other duties assigned by your manager.
