Job Summary
Responsible for all aspects of the donation acquisition strategy, including identifying and securing new partnerships, forecasting future donation needs to support the Donated Goods Retail (DGR) growth strategy, and aggressively expanding the donor base to drive sustained increases in material donations and salvage revenue. Develop and manage a supplemental donated goods procurement model to meet inventory needs across Retail Stores, pursue multiple avenues for obtaining donated goods, and cultivate relationships with property owners and organizations to promote donation centers and campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years Management experience or equivalent experience in sales, fundraising or marketing required
- college degree (preferred)
