Donation Attendant Part Time

Donation Attendant (Part Time) at Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona – Fortuna store. Responsibilities include accepting donations and providing outstanding customer service, correctly labeling Gaylords, offering receipts to donors, inquiring about hazardous items and directing proper disposal, writing sales tickets and signage for furniture and large items, assisting customers with loading/unloading, maintaining merchandise placement and production room organization per PPM standards, operating forklift-related equipment when needed, conducting daily safety inspections, and performing floor care. The role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to pass forklift certification, English proficiency, and being at least 18 years old.
