Job Summary
Donation Attendant assists customers and donors at a Goodwill store, handles donation intake and labeling of items, issues receipts, ensures safe disposal guidance, helps load/unload merchandise, operates pallet jack and walkie stacker, conducts safety checks on equipment, maintains organized production and sales areas, crosses trains in other store roles, and upholds core values. Responsibilities include processing donations, labeling Gaylords, providing excellent customer service, assisting with loading, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and following safety protocols. Required skills include strong customer service, forklift certification eligibility, English proficiency, 18+ age, and ability to pass background and drug checks. Location is Thurmont, MD.
