Donation Attendant

Greet donors at the donation door, unload goods from vehicles, and offer vouchers while maintaining excellent customer relations. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and compactors to move and sort donations safely. Set up and take down gaylords and pallets, manage overhead doors, and assist in transporting large items to the sales floor. Maintain a clean, safe work area and uphold Goodwill safety policies while interacting professionally with team members and clients. Handle multiple donors simultaneously in a flexible, multi-duty environment.
