Job Summary
Donation Attendant / Stock Associate will be the face of the agency to donors, handling donation acceptance, loading/unloading, sorting, pricing, and assisting donors with receipts and coupons. Responsibilities include sorting clothing and household goods, testing electronics for proper function, maintaining accurate donation records, promoting service participants, adhering to safety practices, and keeping the work area clean. Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work outdoors, and provide strong customer service with good communication. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and load donations for clothing, furniture, and other household goods
- Ability to work outside in whatever Mother Nature throws our way
- Customer service skills
