Job Summary
As an entry-level Donation Attendant / Stock Associate for Goodwill Industries of Akron, you will be the face of our agency to donors, accepting, loading, unloading, sorting, and pricing donations; testing electronics to ensure proper function; maintaining accurate donation records; assisting donors with receipts and coupons; organizing clothing and household goods; promoting safety and operating procedures; and supporting community service goals while developing your career with our development resources. You will work in a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays, and contribute to a welcoming, compliant, and efficient donation floor.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outside
- Customer service skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
