Job Summary
As a Donation Attendant, you will maintain and clean up the donation trailer area, assist donors with receipts, manage paperwork, separate and sort donated materials, and assist drivers with loading donations. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, the ability to follow instructions, and physical capacity to lift up to 75lbs. A background check is required.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED preferred
- Must pass background check, which will include Criminal History and Sex Offender Registry.
- Ability to read and write and to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.
- Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible to work any full-time shift including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
