Job Summary

Greet donors and customers with friendly service at the register, donation area, and sales floor. Receive, unload, and sort donated goods; determine quality and usability based on store guidelines. Hang, tag, price, and stock merchandise efficiently to meet production goals. Maintain cleanliness and organization across the sales floor, donation area, stockroom, and restrooms. Assist customers in locating items and answer questions about store policies and promotions. Rotate across donor door, processing, pricing, merchandising, and cashiering duties based on daily demand. Complete required training, HazMat awareness, and equipment certifications within 30 days of hire. This role contributes directly to Goodwill's mission of Changing Lives Through Education, Training, and Employment by ensuring donated goods are processed efficiently.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Basic math and reading skills
