Job Summary
The Donated Goods Associate assists with the intake, processing, stocking, and sale of donated goods to ensure an Amazing Customer Experience (ACE). Duties include processing sales transactions, sorting and pricing donated items, maintaining organized work areas, and upholding safety standards. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and previous experience in retail, cashier, or warehouse is preferred but not mandatory.
