Job Summary

Conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized ABA treatment plans, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support meaningful progress. Maintain accurate documentation ensuring services align with ethical and clinical standards. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload limits, and no non-compete agreements. Required Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
