Clinical Director RN or LPN responsible for managing, directing and supervising nursing services; defining and maintaining nursing practice standards within the facility; assessing quality of care; developing policies and procedures governing nursing services; credential verification; staff performance, recruitment, retention, and development; collaboration with other departments; leading infection prevention and control program; evaluating staffing quality and cost-effectiveness; representing nursing matters to professional organizations; participating in meetings and committees; promoting positive relationships with patients, residents, families, and guests; enforcing Residents' Rights and resident safety.
