Job Summary
Lead the shift by managing cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations while setting an example for the crew. Operate all equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, prepare product, and process telephone orders. Maintain store cleanliness, ensure perfect image and adherence to standards, and deliver pizzas to customers using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle. Complete associated paperwork, take inventory, and navigate adverse weather conditions during delivery. Must be 18 years or older with leadership and restaurant experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make the correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- Near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks
