Job Summary
Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels, and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws while executing company policies. Safely interact with customers at their homes, receive and process telephone orders, and handle sensitive customer information responsibly. Execute credit transactions, manage cash and inventory levels, and prepare product from delivery areas to storage. Drive within the designated delivery area to make several deliveries per shift, carrying pizzas and sides while navigating varying weather conditions. Clean equipment and facility daily, operate all necessary equipment, and respond promptly to customer concerns using verbal, writing, and telephone skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a driver's license valid under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Proof of insurance
- Satisfactory vehicle
- Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
- Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
- Bilingual in certain situations
