Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and process telephone and in-person orders efficiently using the POS system. Prepare and serve food items according to recipes, assemble toppings, and perform minor prep tasks like portioning ingredients. Operate all equipment safely, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and take inventory while completing associated paperwork. Maintain clean work areas, restock supplies, and follow food safety regulations during cleaning duties. Collaborate with coworkers to deliver outstanding guest experiences, assist in training new team members, and foster positive working relationships with managers.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator)
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
