Job Summary
Prepare pizzas for delivery, take orders over the phone and in person, and maintain the facility. Operate all equipment including pizza, bakery, or convection ovens; stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk-in cooler; and clean equipment and facility daily. Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork. Perform repetitive tasks such as lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds, carrying large cans and pizza trays, and navigating stairs or ladders. Requires accurate math skills, motor coordination, and the ability to work under stress in varying temperatures. Orientation and training provided on the job.
Required Qualifications
- at least 16 years of age
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
- The ability to direct activities
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks
- The ability to work alone and with others
- The ability to work under stress
- The ability to meet strict quality control standards
- The ability to deal with people
- The ability to analyze and compile data

- Valid drivers license with safe driving record meeting company standards
- Access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Navigational skills to read a map
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites
