Oversee all shift operations including cost controls, inventory management, cash control, and customer relations while setting a strict example for the crew. Enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time and ensure every team member performs their assigned duties. Manage staffing, paperwork, food management, and maintain perfect image standards to drive great customer service. This locally owned franchise seeks an Assistant Manager ready to lead daily execution and drive operational excellence.
