Job Summary
Conduct all shift operations including cost, inventory, and cash control while setting an example for the crew. Operate equipment, stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage, and prepare products. Receive and process telephone and in-person orders, manage customer relations, and maintain daily facility cleanliness. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Deliver pizzas and flyers to customers using a valid driver's license and insured vehicle, navigating designated delivery areas. Ensure 100% adherence to all policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- at least 18 years of age
- motor vehicle driving
- valid drivers license
- safe driving record meeting company standards
- access to insured vehicle which can be used for delivery
- Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions
- Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
- Must be able to make correct monetary change
- Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders
- Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed
- Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen
