Job Summary
You’re the boss in a Domino’s Pizza store in Lexington, SC, leading shift operations as Assistant Manager. Responsibilities include directing staff, staffing and scheduling, supervising inventory and cost controls, managing cash handling, ensuring customer relations and service standards, enforcing policies and procedures, and driving profitability. Demonstrates leadership, sound judgment, empathy, multitasking, and ability to coordinate with coworkers and customers; comfortable with food preparation to Domino’s specifications and using computer systems for orders and paperwork. Must be able to read maps, navigate delivery areas, and meet physical requirements, with a valid driver’s license and background check.
