Domiciliary Care Worker (minimum hours contract available) Driver Required

Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes, helping individuals maintain independence, dignity, safety, and wellbeing while supporting day-to-day tasks in line with individual care plans. Follow care plans, policies, and procedures accurately, using good written and spoken English to complete care records and communicate effectively. Hold an enhanced DBS check and a driving licence with vehicle access. This role may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays depending on client needs and agreed working arrangements. Full training is provided if previous care experience is not held.
