Domiciliary Care Manager

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and quality standards. Lead, support, and manage the care team to ensure high-quality care delivery while maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance, and driving continuous service improvement. Candidates must possess at least two years of Registered Manager experience in domiciliary care, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, and strong CQC, compliance, safeguarding, and team management skills. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required. This permanent role offers full-time or part-time options in Kendal/Windermere with work-from-home possibilities, with a salary range of £36,000–£42,000.
