Job Summary
Direct and oversee Domestic Violence programs, providing leadership, planning, and staff supervision; coordinate intake, case assignments, supervision of staff, court advocacy, housing and employment services, and 24/7 operations; collaborate with the Family Justice Center and partner agencies to ensure comprehensive services for survivors; develop service plans, monitor program efficacy via client feedback and focus groups, manage data and reporting (OCJP/ESG/HUD compliance), train and supervise staff and interns, and ensure trauma-informed, client-centered care while managing budget and grants to maximize outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required
- Three (3) to five (5) years of combined relevant experience in social services field
- Three (3) years of Supervisory role and/or responsible administrative role experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
- Valid driver's license with good driving record and an insured vehicle available
- Ability to participate in an On-Call rotation
- Strong writing skills, oral communication, and empathy with clients and families
- Knowledge and experience with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault preferred
- Knowledge of rapid rehousing preferred
- Knowledge regarding the court system and Orders of Protection preferred
