Job Summary
Experienced Assistant District Attorney sought to supervise the Domestic Violence Bureau at RCDA, manage and review cases in collaboration with the NYPD, supervise the Grand Jury process, train on witness preparation and Grand Jury practice, and handle a high-level felony caseload within the Domestic Violence Bureau. The role involves representing the Bureau in meetings with NYPD, the Family Justice Center, and other partners, performing pre-indictment negotiations, second seating hearings and trials, and ensuring compliance with agency policy and victim services standards. Minimum requirements include New York Bar admission and New York State residency; preferred qualifications include supervisory experience and foreign language skills, with 6–10 years of felony prosecuting experience and strong analytical and communication abilities.
