Job Summary
Domestic Violence Facilitator to provide group and individual counseling, assessments, and tailored intervention strategies for participants; facilitate sessions, monitor progress, collaborate with community resources, supportMaze of Life’s Reentry Program, maintain confidential documentation, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to program delivery and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with domestic violence
- 40-hour domestic violence training
- Certification or training in PAIP or BIPP preferred
- Strong understanding of domestic violence issues, trauma-informed care, and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Facilitate group discussions and manage dynamics
- Organizational skills and documentation
- Ongoing professional development
- Attend training and team meetings
- Cross-train in departmental functions
