Job Summary
Domestic Transportation Coordinator to support Saks Global's Transportation team. Responsible for shipment coordination and tracking for store supply shipments to ensure stores and distribution centers remain stocked; manage release schedules for transportation runs; monitor Freight movement using GPS; provide real-time status updates for DC scheduling; track and review weekly KPI metrics; manage carrier relationships and freight payments, including monitoring open AR reports and ensuring timely invoicing. Must have high school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; experience with TMS and Workday; strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Familiarity with Workday
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated

- Analytical and problem-solving skills
