Job Summary
Lead and support Cotton Admin and trade support teams; oversee purchasing administration and contract accuracy; manage workloads, performance, and development; ensure timely processing of grower and supplier payments; review and approve purchase contracts and documentation; support reporting, reconciliations, and system processes; act as a key link between origination, trading, and accounts; drive process improvements and maintain strong team culture; requires experience within the cotton industry, strong leadership, advanced MS Excel and Word, ability to manage high-volume workflows, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and strong communication; tertiary qualification in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
