Domestic Team Leader

Lead and manage a House Domestic team to maintain clean, welcoming pupil homes; plan cleaning schedules, monitor quality, manage stock, and train/mentor new staff. Collaborate with managers and team to deliver high-quality, calm, homely environments for pupils and staff. Role includes hands-on cleaning, staff development, and ensuring positive experiences for all colleagues. Hours span 8:30am–2:25pm with part-time patterns (32.5–36 hours per week) across term-time or year-round options; includes 36-week term-time pattern and additional annual hours.
