Job Summary
Analyze, draft, and negotiate complaints, motions, and legal documents for family law matters including adoption, divorce, child custody, and domestic violence protection orders. Conduct legal research on Ohio State and Federal laws, and represent clients in court proceedings while negotiating on their behalf. Provide comprehensive counsel and empathetic support to clients during stressful times, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant appellate and probate laws. This associate attorney role requires a JD from an ABA accredited law school, 0-7 years of family law experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
