Domestic Order Coordinator

Job Summary
Domestic Order Coordinator coordinates the logistics of domestic orders between the sales team and warehouse, enters orders into the CMS, prepares shipping documents, and maintains records for various shipments. Responsibilities include receiving orders from domestic sales reps, communicating product availability, coordinating inventory transfers, supervising order workflow, handling contract documentation and approvals, overseeing expedited shipments, creating and processing in-house orders for ST facilities, allocating inventory, generating picking lists, reviewing and adjusting pricing, handling special order types (Research, Replacement Orders, CTP, Contracts, HEB), providing overdue invoices via accounting, creating new customers in the software, maintaining order files, and coordinating shipments with the Shipping & Receiving coordinator. Must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of related experience, with the ability to learn company software, strong attention to detail, and basic math skills.
