Job Summary
Manage complex domestic losses exceeding £100,000 by coordinating with internal and external specialists to negotiate fair settlements and communicate clearly with policyholders, insurers, and contractors. Collaborate closely with an Adjusting Executive on cases while utilizing dedicated office-based technical and managerial support. Most of the work is conducted on a mix of home and office-based schedules, supported by comprehensive training to achieve Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters qualifications. This pivotal role within Sedgwick's claims administration team empowers you to shape the industry and build a legacy of talent.
Required Qualifications
- A full UK Driving Licence
- Demonstrable experience of handling complex and major domestic losses in excess of £100,000 on a chargeable time basis
- Dip CILA/ACILA status (or working towards this qualification)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to coordinate various parties
